  • ii ) Technology Solutions: Provision, setup, and maintenance of Property Management Systems (PMS) and Channel Manager integrations.

  • iii ) Digital Presence: Custom website development, maintenance, and digital marketing strategies.

  • iv ) Operational Infrastructure: Procurement and installation of physical security systems, access control units, and high-quality housekeeping supplies.

Note: The specific scope of work, project milestones, deliverables, and service timelines are governed by the formal Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) signed individually for each engagement.
To ensure the efficacy of our services, you agree to:

  • i ) Accuracy: Provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive information and documentation as required for the execution of our services.

  • ii ) Compliance: Ensure your property and business operations adhere to all applicable local, state, and national laws, including health, safety, and licensing regulations.
  • iii ) Data Security: Assume full responsibility for the confidentiality of your administrative credentials and user access tokens provided by us. You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.
  • iv ) Cooperation: Appoint a primary point of contact to facilitate timely communication and ensure that RevOptiStayz personnel have necessary access to relevant premises or software systems as agreed upon.
All materials, including but not limited to website design, proprietary software code, strategic templates, marketing copy, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive intellectual property of RevOptiStayz or our licensors. These materials are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our deliverables solely for your internal business operations. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

  • i ) Billing: All fees will be explicitly detailed in a formal quotation or contract.

  • ii ) Invoicing: Invoices are issued per the agreed-upon payment schedule. Payments are due within the timeframe specified on the invoice.

    • Late Payments: In the event of a payment default, RevOptiStayz reserves the right to:

  • a) Apply interest charges on overdue balances as permitted by law.

  • b ) Suspend access to software, digital platforms, or ongoing consulting services until the account is settled in full.

  • c ) Withhold deliverables until all outstanding fees have been cleared.

    • RevOptiStayz provides professional strategies and tools intended to improve your business operations; however, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, occupancy percentages, or revenue targets.

  • i ) Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the performance or outages of third-party platforms (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb, ISP providers).

  • ii ) System Integrity: We are not liable for data loss, hardware failure, or security breaches resulting from the client's failure to maintain secure password protocols or neglect of recommended system updates.

  • ii ) Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevOptiStayz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill.
    • Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:

  • i ) For Cause: Immediate termination is permitted if the other party commits a material breach of these Terms or the specific Service Agreement.

  • ii ) For Convenience: Termination upon written notice as stipulated in your specific contract.

  • ii ) Post-Termination: Upon termination, the client remains liable for all fees incurred for services rendered up to the effective date of termination. Any proprietary software or access rights granted by RevOptiStayz will be revoked immediately.
    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our primary operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to engage in good-faith mediation prior to escalating to formal litigation.
